Once the position is held for thirty seconds the person should relax and do the stretch once again.After you have stretched, you should strap your feet to the table and start to tilt the table. Your head will be below your feet and the table should be at a 25 degree angle. Stay inverted for at least five to ten minutes, but feel free to stay in the position even longer.
